Have you heard Abhishek Raghuram? I am a class mate of ravi vemulapalli.

    • Hello Ramesh Chandra, welcome to my blog. I have not only heard of Abhishek Raghuram but I count myself as a fan! He is hugely talented but he is still young; I watch eagerly for him to mature and understand that adding more & more complications just because you can doesn’t always enhance the music, simplicity is beautiful too! I have featured his music in a few posts; if you type his name in the search box, it will list the related posts. Cheers. Suja

  3. Hi Mam,
Please add “Sarasijanabha Sodhari” by Dikshitar to this list.
    Eagerly waiting for that.

    • Hello Sishad, Welcome to my blog! Sarasijanabha Sodari is an excellent suggestion, I shall do a post on it in the near future. Thank you.
      Cheers. Suja

This blog is very good taken lots of pain and efforts for creating this. Thanks a lot….Songs selections are very fentastic. If the same could be downloaded, that would be very much helpful for practicing and correcting mistakes…

    • Thank you Sujatha for your kind words. As a policy, I do not allow downloading from my site as I do not want problems of copyright violations. There are many legal sites for downloading music such as Sangeethapriya. Or you can covert music on youtube to mp3 with tools such as http://www.listentoyoutube.com/. There are many sites which sell just one song from a CD so buying is not expensive either. Listeners have so many options!
      Cheers. Suja

  5. Hi Suja,

Not all who wander are lost. 🙂 I was wandering to find melodious devotional music and here I am. Thanking you for this treasure would not be enough, but still Thank you so much. Social service ka ek ye bhi roop hain.

    • Wandering in search of the spiritual is an old tradition in our country, is it not 🙂 If you like spiritual music, you have come to the right place! Par Yeh bhi kehna padega ki main mostly carnatic music ke baare mein likhti hoon. We don’t have many hindi speakers dropping by 🙂 You are of course welcome, please do come back.
      Cheers. Suja
